3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, and assets created by The Broke Studio during the term of engagement remain the property of The Broke Studio until full payment is received. Upon final payment, intellectual property rights for the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The Broke Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services are billed on a fixed monthly rate unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, such as in the case of an Enterprise Plan. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless an alternate arrangement has been made. Late payments may result in a temporary halt of services until the account is brought up to date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription or project with The Broke Studio at any time. Refunds for services already rendered will not be provided. In the event that a project exceeds the original scope, additional charges may apply and will be agreed upon by both parties.

6. Revisions and Scope

Our services include a set number of revisions as specified in the project brief. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur additional charges. Any changes or requests beyond the original scope of work will be subject to a new agreement or an additional fee.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any confidential information shared with The Broke Studio during a project will be kept private and not shared with third parties without prior consent.

The Broke Studio reserves the right to terminate services if any of the terms are violated, including but not limited to non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or breach of contract.
